Maple and May Enters New Phase of Growth with Senior Appointment

Maple & May is pleased to announce the appointment of Deirdre Steel as Head of Maple & May, strengthening our leadership team as we continue to grow and expand our affordable rental offering across Northern Ireland.
Deirdre’s promotion recognises her commitment to the continued development of Maple & May and comes at an exciting time as we progress our Affordable Rent programme, which will deliver 300 high-quality homes.
As Head of Maple & May, Deirdre will help shape the strategic direction of the organisation within the Choice Group, supporting the continued growth of our Affordable Rent homes and ensuring we deliver high-quality, affordable housing for individuals and families.
Maple & May’s Affordable Rent homes will be offered at at least 20% below local market rents, helping to provide greater choice for people who may be struggling with the cost of private renting.
Deirdre’s appointment is one of five senior appointments recently announced by Choice, reflecting the Group’s continued investment in its people, services and future growth.
