Our History:
Maple and May Ltd was set up in 2018. From humble beginnings, our small team has delivered over 500 new homes in the private rented and affordable housing sector. With 350 homes currently under management, we are one of the largest private landlords in NI.
Our next phase of growth will be through the delivery of 300 new Affordable Rent homes. We are very excited to be launching this new product in 2026, supported by the Department for Communities.
Many of the homes are already under construction and due for release later this year.
